We have worked hard to provide a fully equipped store at a price that will deliver a high sales-to-investment ratio. Spur Group does not offer financing, however, we do have established relationships with a number of lending institutions that offer financing to our current franchisees. We are also happy to evaluate combined financial statements of partners in an investor group to determine whether the applicant meets our financial requirements. The actual return you receive on your investment will depend on a number of factors. Prospective franchisees have the option to develop a single store or their own group of stores within our group, depending on performance. It also needs a 3-phase power with a minimum of 125 amps per phase. We have identified geographic territories available across the country. Our current expansion plan is to increase our national footprint in South Africa and includes growth into Africa. Franchise fees: 3.5% of turnover Advertising fees: 1,5% of turnover. Franchisees must purchase paper and food stock and goods from the Captain DoRegos National Distribution Centre. Combined purchasing increases our bulk purchasing power so that costs are kept low, products are always consistent in quality and supply is regular. This also includes an introduction to the Captain DoRegos operational standards, which are requirements that ensure that our guests enjoy consistency in the quality of our service, the friendliness of our staff, the atmosphere in our store, and the perceived value we provide.
