The group began a restructure process toconvert all subsidiaries within the group to wholly owned subsidiaries. Final occupation is taken at the group's new processing, warehousing and distribution facility in Kliprivier. Keeping our staff safe & healthy is a priority for everyone at Bsi Steel Ltd. Working with steel products and heavy machinery requires that we put safety first at all times. Our safety procedures, fully audited last year, are now in full swing across every operational region. Health and Safety is a priority for our executive committee and regular quarterly updates are taken to Main Board meetings. We have a health and safety committee on every base and they, along with the management team on the site, keep control of implementing a comprehensive, proactive safety campaign in each region.
