All-in-One Services offers a wide range of maintenance services; from plumbing and electrical, to security and solar-geyser installations. Astrodon provides real estate sales as well as rentals, be it once off rentals or monthly managed rentals. Centrec is registered under the Debt Collectors Act. Astrodon has developed an easy-to-use self-service section for the benefit of owners, tenants and trustees. We also confirm that we will be hosting various training sessions for our trustees in respect of the changes and new requirements herein. Established in 2004, we are proud to confirm that we manage in excess of 170 scheme's throughout South Africa, consisting of Body Corporates, Home Owners' Associations and Retirement Villages. Currently employing in excess of 25 staff members within our Gauteng offices, providing a comprehensive property management solution with client service exellence. When managed by Astrodon, a designated Portfolio Manager will be appointed, supported by a designated Debtor, serves as a single point of service delivery for all trustees/directors and owner service requests. Specialized support teams, comprising of bookkeepers, debt collectors, creditor's payment and clearance certificate administrators. Through state of the art technology, emphasis has been placed on online and electronic reporting to provide fast and efficient management information, available 24/7 to all owners through our online website portal. Each building will have access to their own website within our website, allowing all owners to easy access of the buildings Conduct Rules, Sectional Title Plans, Minutes of AGM's, Circulars and or any other information the trustees/directors deem as a requirement for the owners to effectively manage their properties. Trustees/Directors would have access to additional information such as Monthly Financial Statements, Trustees/Directors meeting minutes and copies of all invoices pertaining to the monthly financials including the actual proof of payment thereof. We believe in empowering our team of professionals and applying 'Best People Practices' throughout the organisation. All team members are stakeholders in the company and are committed to service excellence, though dedicated and motivated staff. Our staff members undergo routine training and refresher courses in order to ensure that they are up-to-date with local property trends and legal parameters, such as the Estate Agency Affairs Board NQFL4 qualifications,PDE examinations and CPD training.
